NWN4P members and friends meet every week to show their support for peace. Extra signs are usually available for your use or you can bring your own.
Please join us at one of the following vigils:
Thursday rush hour ... 4:30 to 6 PM ... or any time in between.
42nd (County Rd. 9) and Winnetka Avenue N. in New Hope
Saturday 11am- noon, Hwys 101 & 7, on the sidewalk near the fountain at Target in Minnetonka.
On this evening we will have a dialogue with a panel of people who practice the Muslim faith and reside in our NW suburban region. This is an opportunity to replace our individual areas of ignorance with informa-tion and understanding. All are welcome at the Robbinsdale United Church of Christ, 4200 Lake Road, Robbinsdale, 55422. From the corner of 42nd Avenue N. (Co. Rd. 9) and Hwy. 81, go east two blocks on 42nd Avenue and then turn right (south) on Lake Road. The church is a block or two ahead on the left side. For information, Gloria at gjpeck@yahoo.com or Carole at 763-546-5368.
Please come.

Northwest Neighbors for Peacecame together in 2005 to bring informative, stimulating programs on peace, justice and the sustainability of our planet to the Northwest suburban area of the Twin Cities. We are dedicated to pursuing non-violent alternatives in every area where conflicts arise, promoting social justice and tolerance, conserving natural resources, and protecting human rights in our cities, state, country and world. We are an inclusive group and welcome all who are interested in joining with us. Though Peace is inherently both a political and moral issue, we do not endorse or represent any political party or candidate, nor are we aligned with any specific religious denomination.
